Crossfit is what I started doing to supplement my surfing. Once I moved to Alaska and surfing wasn't much of an option anymore I focused more heavily on improving at Crossfit. It has become an incredible passion. I'm excited to see how I stack up in the crossfit community and look forward to my first open
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm sure I would be shocked if I actually tracked what I was putting in my body for a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I WOD as often as possible because usually my schedule only permits 4-5 workouts a week. However, If I'm near surf, my time spent crossfitting decreases significantly
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I was a big team sports player through high school, then started surfing religiously since 19. Crossfit is the first and only sport I have allowed into my life since surfing and I think I can honestly say I enjoy them equally.
