Crossfit has been in my life for about 2 years and I love every minute of it................ Love that dizzy feeling after a hard WOD! My hands are not lady like, my body is stronger, self-esteem is amazing, plus my diet is fantastic! So much fun every time I walk into my gym; there is always people happy, encouraging, and supportive. Just the environment I want to be around!!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I have worked really hard to adapt to the Paleo diet and see a difference! Sometimes its hard when I'm on the road for work so there are cheat moments:(

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
All my sports are individual sports skiing, biking, and running..............since I didn't go the conventional way through High school I missed out on all team sports. BUT I love being a part of a team!!!!!
