My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
CrossFit is the most motivating force in my life, other than my loving wife and son. Although she is an avid CrossFitter too so that makes things easier. The couple that WODs together, stays together.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Due to my schedule, I WOD four days a week and often times hit two WODs or a WOD and strength workout two or three times.
