How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I am a group fitness instructor teaching 6 or more classes per week as well as 5-6 WODs per week at my CrossFit affiliate, I am also a personal trainer.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was the "kid picked last in gym" I have a ballet background, but not a "sports" background.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I was in a low point in my life (personally) when I decided to try CrossFit. CrossFit really changed my life for the better and helped me solidify my goals for a health/fitness related career path.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Because of my group fitness instruction and personal training job, I frequently work out multiple times per day. When I need a rest day, I make it happen.
