How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat mostly paleo, and do the zone diet. I make, weigh and sort my food for the week.My boyfriend and I try to make everything on Sundays. I also have some dairy as I don't want to become lactose intolerant. I'm definitely on the 2 cups of chocolate milk post-workout train.

I workout at CrossFit Imperium and couldn't be happier. My Imperium family is essential to my success as a CrossFitter. Don't know what I'd do without them. Marnie is the new Rudy.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I have always been an athlete. I played soccer, cheered, swam and ran track growing up. I played Soccer till my Freshman year of college because of a hip flexor injury. I started with traditional weight lifting to stay in shape and used to compete in NPC Figure competitions. I desired the competitive nature of a 'Sport' and switched to CrossFit- best decision I've yet to make. I much prefer functional muscle than that built with only aesthetics in mind.
My Experience With CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I train M/T/W off TH on F/S and off S. I take rest days as needed and try to listen to my body. Rest and recovery are equally important. When I'm 100% I'd like to go in for 2-a-days to work on Strength/Skill work in the mornings.
