How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat strict Paleo
I have been really strict with my diet these last four months and have gone strict Paleo. A cheat meal now consists of high quality foods that are not weighed and measured. I weigh and measure my food 6 days out of 7.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
As the Director at CrossFit Impulse I am lucky to have access to great trainers, work beside great athletes, and have access to an awesome facility 7 days a week! I love what I do and I do what I love!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played Soccer and Tennis growing up and all through high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I enjoy coaching others to their goals as much as I enjoy obtaining and achieving my own!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I have recently changed my programing to focus more on a few goals I have set. I incorporate 2 a days twice a week. I normally do a short time domain workout and a strength or longer time domain workout on those days. Depending on the WOD I will mix which one I do first.
