My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I was never athletic until I decided I was going to run a marathon before my 40th birthday. I started running at 39 and ran my 22nd marathon March 2013. I've been sidelined with a foot injury, but I'm ready to start running again. I've been doing CrossFit exclusively since March.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do CrossFit 5 days a week, with Sundays usually doing a double WOD plus yoga and/or Open Gym. I take Mondays and Saturdays off.
