Linda is a former 400m hurdle National Champion. She has been coaching track and field for over 38 years. She currently coaches sprints, hurdles, relays for Community Colleges of Spokane. Linda was inducted into the Washington State Coaches Hall of Fame in 2017. She recently was head women's coach for the 2017 US Jr. Pan Am Team., and has coached on 3 other US teams. She is also a grandma of 4 and loves it! Linda’s daughter Kristen Arnold has competed in the Crossfit Games 3 times on 3 different teams. Kristen introduced her to Crossfit CDA CrossFit is her home box and she loves the community,
