I am trying to increase the 'try new sports' part if this thang.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I cannot stop helping people who want to learn, get better, and be happy with their improvements. I have little patience for those who have none of those traits.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
There is little consistency with my workout schedule.
