I listen to my bodys cravings. 100% Paleo 80% of the time

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
If I can get my ass to the 5:15am class, I'm in there.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Swimming's what I'm best at. I'm told I run like a gazelle. Despite my aging bod I can still flip around pretty good. Ridiculously good at handstand walks for no reason at all.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
LOL only 1 workout a day, too busy adulting. I'm not going to The Games
