Along with my specific programming, I include cardio in the form of running or cycling 5-7 days a week. I teach Pilates, and take reformer classes or hot yoga 1-2x per week.
My programming is specified to a total hip replacement I had in May 2013. My coach and I are using the 2014 Open wods as benchmarks toward future goals in the Master's.
