I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started crossfit when my second son was 4 months old. I hadn't done much in the previous 5 years. I got back into shape and plan to be fitter than ever by end of this year when I turn 40.
My Work/Rest Schedule
3-4 times/week at the box
