ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I am doing 30 days at a time of a Paleo/No Bread diet. At day 30 I have 2 meals on a weekend that are off that lifestyle for 'treats', because this girl can't give up her buffalo chicken nachos forever!!! ;)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I am waiting for the weather to improve to also get some distance running in~ :)

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

A former college athlete, dabbled in a couple triathlons,and I love OBSTACLE courses... I figured CF would be the best workout to tackle the obstacle races as well as vary the workouts and get the biggest change in my body.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Depending on my work schedule I try to take 1 rest day a week. When the weather improves I look forward to biking/running and swimming outside!
