Paleo Challenge, first time completely paleo. its rough.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
when im not at work i workout at Crossfit LC. but i do their posted WODs at work.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
traditionally worked out, competed in The Fire Fighter Combat Challenge for a few years. Army Training. now only Crossfit and Running.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
rest 2-3 days a week. WOD every non resting day, running when the wether permits. 1-2 miles
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
started january 2013!! this is my first crossfit open!
