How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Put something in-front of me, watch it disappear..
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Also hitting cardiovascular exercise when it suits..ie, cycling, jogging and swimming..
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Lots of rugby and running away from police in my youth..then when I grew up it was lots of rugby and lots of running around fields with a riffle in my hand..
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I rest at work..
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Its the best form of training hands down..I love it..
