How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I just had a huge protein shake with Nutriforce Chocolate Whey , banana, oats, chia seeds, almond milk and sunflower butter. WE aint interested in being skinny, People!

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
