I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started Crossfit in 2010 but got set back after breaking my tibia and fibula in a soccer game and having an intermedullary rod installed. Since the injury I have been Crossfitting and coaching for 6 months.
