Bio

I have been Crossfitting since 2008. In 2010 I competed as an Open Competitor in Sectionals & Regionals, finishing 6h Overall. 2011 found me "aged up" to a Masters Competitor. It was a dream come true to compete at Home Depot Center! Even better, I finished 3rd overall!! In 2012 I was disappointed to finish 11th. I have changed some things and added a remote coach. I am looking forward to being back on the podium!

How I Eat

Hard to describe. I am "Paleo-ish." I eat mostly Paleo, I do like my Greek yogurt (every day) and bread twice a week. Lots of Protein and my secret weapon, HyperImmune Egg - www.TheRecoveryProtein.com/Crossfitter
