I own CrossFit OTW in San Diego and had been running CrossFit Gonzaga (a non-profit high school affiliate) for the past four years, as well as coaching at CrossFit Oldtown in Alexandria, VA.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Pretty strict paleo during the week with an occasional cheat and a beer or two on the weekends. Sunday = dirty Chinese food!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I usually supplement strength and skill work in addition to Jerry Hill's programming at CrossFit Oldtown.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Started back in 2008 on my own and then started training high school students shortly after.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Take Thursdays and Sundays as my rest.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
First workout was Angie in December of 2008.
