I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Reebok 5th ave is home! Wod and work separate strength programming. Have a new Oly coach, lets see where that takes me.

I regularly play recreational sports
spent 11 years as an adult competing in endurance event such as marathons, ironman and shorter races.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
2 rest days, one being active with yoga. Need open hips and supple hammies.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Was looking to be prepared for competition at Masters 45, new age group has left me no option but to use this year as baseline. Believe I need another year of serious strength building.
