How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I consistently eat healthy food with a slow incorporation of paleo meals (all dinners and most meals ATM, but muesli, berries, and natural yoghurt for breakfast)

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I train 5-6 days a week at Crossfit Brisbane day sessions. I complete both the WOD and a comp squad workout (extra workout for peolple that rxd the wod and are looking for extra stimulus) every session. I also try to indoor rock climb Atleast once a week, and twice a week run Atleast 5km
