How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat strict macros 5-6 days a week and then on Sundays I eat whatever I feel like.

I played youth or high school level sports
I've played youth sports including baseball and basketball, then various beer league hockey leagues. I was always on skates as a kid.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I got serious about my health around the time I started Crossfit. I have no plans to stop.
