Bio

After a successful return to the competition this year qualifying for the Games in 1st Place for the Australasian Region I've returned from this years Games experience to work again with Coach Ben Schwartz - CrossFit Melbourne for the upcoming CrossFit Games Season. A huge, huge thanks to my new sponsors Iron Edge www.ironedge.com.au who have been incredibly supportive and understanding of what is needed for serious training! Thanks guys! Also to the team at BSN Australia www.bsnonline.net who have backed me each step of the way through my comeback this year, the crew at Genesis Bentley www.genesisfitness.com.au and to my training partner and friend Lucy Caldwell from theMill Gym www.themillgym.com.au who helps to keep the motivation and intensity levels high.
