My Experience With CrossFit
I was using Crossfit to assist with my previous sporting training. I converted to Crossfit instead. I have never experienced such an amazing sporting community - no matter if you are the first or last man doing your reps - everyone is there to support you - its an amazing feeling to have surround you.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I train daily - any chance i get before or after work and during my lunch breaks with not over doing it of course. I work full time and as a mother I use my evenings a chance to relax and recover as much as possible for the following day to come. I have once day off a week - Sundays.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started at CrossFit Norwest in 2013 and have been there for about 1yr to date.
