How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I've eating mostly Paleo food for about 14months. I don't falter to often food wise, but I have been drinking wine daily.
How I Train
I just retuned to working out after a 4 month 'cruise' on my couch.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I am not in good physical strength but I'm going to start over again.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I did WODs at CFT very sparingly over the last 12 months & none the last 4 months.
My Work/Rest Schedule
zero! or less than zero? My rest days have been 7 per week for 9 years except for 6-8 months last year.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My goal for the games for 2012, was to stay on the leader board until the end, even if was in last place. I didn't accomplish that...because in the last section I could not get 55# over my head. This year I hope to improve.
