I am a "social" crossfitter as in I incorporate Crossfit in to a regular strength training routine. I have been doing Crossfit for about a year and have gotten much stronger and leaner. Love the intensity and the challenge it brings. Happy open!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I am in training with the American Council of Exercise to be a Personal Trainer and program 3-4 days of traditional workouts and Crossfit 2 days a week and take 1-2 rest days.
