My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started talking crossfit serious about a year ago. My brother was hide by a car on his motorcycle in July of 2011, something clicked in me & I wanted to make sure I didn't take my life for granted & to make him proud. He hears all about my crossfit & it makes him happy. He has TBI ( traumatic brain injury ) and fights everyday of his life, he is my inspiration and from the day I was born my hero.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I work out twice a day, I take two days off.
