Very new to the scene but getting involved anyway! I work full time, have a 5 year old son and absolutely love our box, CF Mana!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
A lot of real food... And some chocolate. And a cheat meal on the weekend. STEAK!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Have been with MANA for just over a month, try to train 3 times a week but minimum of 2 times. I am aiming to increase my strength and fitness, and set PR's, so I can smash em in a year!
