Joined MANA in Jan 2013 - did the Open the first year then had a baby March 2014 so just getting back into it now. Might as well do another open I say!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
All sorts but try to stick to whole foods during the week - weekends are for enjoying!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
