My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Japanese martial arts since the age of 5. Suffer shoulder/ankle injury, took up triathlons. Did IMAZ in Nov 2010. Treated a crossfit coach for knee injury in Jan 2011. He suggested I try crossfit for my winter strength training. I have not done a triathlon since.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I can walk to my box from my house. I use the coach I helped with his knee. He tries to coach me with my Olympic lifts. It is a lot more fun trying to learn to snatch than swimming lap after lap looking at a black line.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I have 1 wife, 1 teenager, 1 business, 1 building, and 2 girlfriends. WHO HAS TIME TO TRAIN!!! ;)
