I am actively stepping back into crossfit after about an 8 month hiatus. My fitness goals are to be able to run a sub 4 hour marathon, reach 25+ DU's at a time, 10+ HSPU's, and to be able to pick up and carry my 3 year old daughter for as long as she wants me too.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I love food. And Beer. End of story.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
On most days i'll get a Crossfit session in with my Affliate and also be able to do a lunch time workout such as cardio or weightlifting.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have swam most of my life as well as competed in martial arts type activities. Currently I'm a cyclist, runner, swimmer, crossfiter, and daddy.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started this back about 2 years ago with an affiliate. I've been attending on and off for the better part of that time.
