Usually standing on 2 feet...sometimes swinging from bars and rings, and I've been known to walk around on my hands occasionally.
My Athletic Background
dowel grips, chalk, and leotards, followed by a few college years with pom-poms and bows in my hair.
My Experience With CrossFit
Pat told me to do it. I blame it all on him.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I work all day, squeeze in a quick WOD if there are enough hours in the day, and rest at night...is there any other way?
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough to know that pukie used to be sold on stickers, all my favorite CrossFit gear came from the $5 clearance section on the old website, and there was only 1 affiliated CrossFit box in a 20 mile radius
