I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat Paleo but still have some cheat meals during the week. Try to limit the impact of my cheat meals by making them paleo-ish.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I've been able to do things I never thought I could with Crossfit. Only been doing it for about 5 months but amazed with my progress. Excited to see what I can achieve by next years Open.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do some yoga or Pilates during the week but not regularly.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Since November 16th, 2012, to be exact.
