How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Generally avoid breads, sugars, and white potatoes. I'll have a carb "cheat day" once a week which allows me to eat meals like a slice or two of pizza, pancakes, cookies, etc.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at CF Morristown 3 times a week. I also play ice hockey and ski during the winter.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I used to play local recreational sports, high school sports (lacrosse/track), college athletics (club hockey), and currently mens-league ice hockey. During the winter I ski usually 3-4 times per month when conditions are favorable.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3x per week with 1 ice hockey game or ski outing. I'll typically have 2-3 rest days throughout the week.
