How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo. the only non Paleo things I eat are non fat plain yogurt, Quinoa, lentils and beans. I may eat a chocolate or a cupcake or some dessert once a week. Sometimes I have a glass of red wine.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
