I have a background in football and rugby. I currently play linebacker for the Lethbridge Steel Women's Tackle Football team. I have a little baby girl who motivates me to be healthy & active.

My Work/Rest Schedule
Because I am a stay-at-home, student mom I am only able to get to the gym twice a week. I look forward to the day when I can go 5 or 6 days per week.
