I am a former Marine with over 25 years experience in Martial Arts, Personal Training & Massage Therapy. My wife Susan is also a Crossfitter & we are sharing the love of the sport with my 3 sons, grandsons & most recently parents, sisters & brother in-laws! Where most men my age say "I can't do that anymore," I find I am getting stronger & doing more than ever before! With my wife & CrossFit Vero Beach Coaches by my side I am looking forward to returning for a second year of competing at the CrossFit Games, seeing new and fellow Masters & most of all the Crossfit camaraderie!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out of CFVB and follow the programming of my coaches Rob Delacruz & Wendy Shafranski.

Three years ago I heard a former student of mine in Martial Arts(he was 9 at the time) & his wife had opened a CrossFit in Vero Beach. My wife & I went in to check it out, did an intro wod and never looked back. Ironically the student is now my coach along with his wife and I am gratefully their student!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
