Bio

This past year has been my TRIDENT year! I have excellent programming, and after a severe injury in September I am working my way back in hopes of doing well in the 2014 Open. In December I switched to CrossFit Rage and have seen so many improvements thus far. I have the best two coaches in daa woorrllddddd!!!! #B3LV
