While I am working on completing my Level 1 cert in the near future, I am currently a Police Training Commission certified physical fitness instructor. I am hoping to bring more CrossFit based workouts to the police academy recruits.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I usually try to couple some of the more upper body focused CrossFit workouts with distance runs in keeping with my Police Academy instruction.
