How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Well if you're going by what I ate before CrossFit, then horribly. But doing CrossFit and eating right go hand in hand. Just started by I now drink 90% of the time water, salads, skinless chicken, lean steak, just stuff thats been recommended. Only just started going down this path, but I am confident I'll keep it up.z
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at CrossFit North Marin, the best gym I've ever been to.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
CrossFit is helping me become a better person straight up. I'm going to look back at this experience one day and remember it as my turning point to becoming the person I was destined to become. I've done CrossFit for almost two months now, and I already know that this is the best thing I could have ever done.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I go by the CrossFit schedule strictly, whatever is on their, I do it at the gym.
