How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I pretty much CrossFit so I can eat whatever whenever but hardly go overboard! So far it's worked like a charm!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I've been doing CrissFit for almost 2 years now and have never felt better in my life! It's hard to find a good box with great people and an awesome sense of family! That's what LAX is to me!! I heart LAX and everyone in it!
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played professional sports
Big deal, I played in the LFL for a couple years. Yeah it was degrading but hey I got paid to do it!! People told me it considered professional when you get paid! Hahaha! So I was at one point a "professional" football player!! ;)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Welp, I technically didn't start it alone. My sister and brother in-law wouldn't shut up about LAX since they opened and joined! Lets just say glad they drank the look-aid and shared it with me! :)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Yeah, I'm not super intense about it. I pretty much feel out my body day to day! If it wants a rest then it gets it. No big deal! I'm not trying to beat Annie, just trying to stay healthy!!
