I've been doing crossfit since September 2011. Along with my run,bike and swim.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I'm a fitness instructor and personal trainer so I'm active outside the box as well.
