How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am pretty much strict Paleo, except I veered off over the holidays. Back on track now. I have never felt better in my life, not only physically but mentally too. More sustained energy and mentally way more clear and alert. My quality of sleep has also improved. I have been super strict for the last 4 month, no cheats, and I am going to stick with it. Why not it is working for me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Since last year I have added strength classes and CF endurance classes. Working on becoming a more well rounded athlete/

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started CrossFit 18 months ago and am addicted. I love it, hard and grueling at times but always leave feeling better from the inside out. Plus the community is amazing.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I always take at least one day a week where I do nothing but let the body reboot.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
