How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am vegan. I have never felt better in my life, not only physically but mentally too. More sustained energy and mentally way more clear and aler. My quality of sleep has also improved. I have been super strict for the last 4 month, no cheats, and I am going to stick with it. Why not it is working for me.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also teach a couple of cycling classes a week and run. To give some balance.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started CrossFit 6 months ago and am addicted. I love it, hard and grueling at times but always leave feeling better from the inside out. Plus the community is amazing.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I always take at least one day a week where I do nothing but the body reboot.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
6 months and loving it! Hooked on a feeling!
