I have been heavily involved in sports since I was a young kid and have remained active and involved in competitive sports now into my late 30's. Since getting into crossfit over a year and a half ago I have realized the benefits and seen the results. Not only have I become much stronger I have maintained my speed, endurance and flexibility. Beyond that, each WOD is a challenge and helps keeps me healthy, mentally strong and healthy!
