Hy, my name is Thiago. I started to pratice sports when had 13 years old , and almost all time at the presente days I was training combat sports, in special taekwondo. Recently , cause the study and work I jus training few times and usually I felt myself tired and when I looked in the mirror, I did'nt like look that Picture. Then, a sometime ago, when I was working in MÃ©xico, I had the opportunity to training Crossfit and again I had found pleasure in training. Actually the Crossfit is a lifestyle for me, and a constant challenge in my life. I intend have my own Crossfit gym in soon and training for the rest of my life.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I practiced many combat sports and I was taekwondo athlete for several years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I Knew Crossfit when I was in Panamerican Games working like physical trainer of Brazilian taekwondo team in the La Loma Crossfit. But, in that time I just trained for few days. Then, after Olympic Games, when I returned to London, I started to training Crossfit with a friend following the crossfit.com. Now sometimes we go to the Crossfit JundiaÃ , and we visited some other Crossfit for training. But, in soon, we want open our Crossfit gym.
