I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

Have been a road biker for many years along with routine gym workouts and overall cardio as well. Started entering in triathlons at 49 and have completed the first two tiers a number of times through 2012. Now focused on 70.3 IM.

Current: Cross Fit 3-4 times a week //Swim Training = 1 hour / 3- 4 times a week // Hot Yoga 90 minutes 2-3 times a week// Cyling - road spring summer
