My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Beginning the 3rd year of CF. Have breached many physical ROM barriers and have many more to tackle. Battled in and around injuries of the shoulder and knees. The immediate goal is to continue improving skill work, proficiency with the barbell, pullup bar and jump rope.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Must stay injury free. Must train smart to go the distance.
