I limit starches and try to eat a lot of green veggies and lean protein, but am not 100% successful.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
While I still have a long way to go, CrossFit has allowed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do a year ago. When I started CrossFit I would have been considered morbidly obese. I am slowly, but surely getting smaller and replacing fat with muscle. CrossFit has probably saved my life, literally. The family at Trident Crossfit has encouraged and push me on my way to becoming a new person.
