How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I prefer to eat a 70/30 paleo to non paleo ratio. To me it feels like it keeps my strength up

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout 3 days a week in the box. Monday through Thursday I travel for work so I live by the do what I can where I can with what's available workout plan.

My Athletic Background

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I did martial arts most of my childhood and wrestled a bit but I've Never been athletic or even in good shape....that's been changing since I started Crossfit

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Crossfit truly saved my life...before I started last may I was a 3 pack a day smoker eating 6000 plus calories of junk a day and I'm a truck driver so it was a recipe for death.....since I stepped foot in the box my life has been changing for the better...no smoking. Eating healthy and working out every chance I get
