How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat paleo 90% of the time but I definitely enjoy a cheat now and then. I eat lots of meat,veggies, fruit, and nuts. I cheat once or twice a week. Pizza is a weak spot.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do two a days 3 times a week with a crossfit wod and a boxing conditioning workout or run. I rest one day a week and will do stretching on those days.
