How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 7 meals a day that include a good portion of protein, carbs and fats.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I work out 7 days a week at a traditional gym where I am a Personal Trainer. Three days a week I work out at my CrossFit Affiliate.
